All products are digital files — PDFs, Excel workbooks or images. You download them straight after payment. Nothing is shipped and there are no shipping costs.
Payments run through Etsy. Etsy acts as merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles VAT where applicable and issues the invoice.
For digital content delivered immediately, the statutory fourteen day withdrawal period ends as soon as delivery begins with your express consent. By starting the download you give that consent and waive that right.
If a file does not work, is corrupted, or is materially different from what was described, we will fix it: a working file or your money back. Email us within fourteen days of purchase with your order number and a short description.
Outside those cases a purchase is final, because a downloaded file cannot be returned. Not sure whether a product suits you? Email us before you buy.
Print and use them as often as you like, for yourself, your family, your classroom or your own business. You may not resell, give away, share or offer them as your own product. Where a product explicitly states a commercial licence, the terms on that product page apply.
Prices are shown with each product. VAT is calculated and processed by the payment service based on your country.
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
